📋 Description

• Deliver warm, empathetic customer care at every interaction.
• Greet clients, check-in/out, schedule appointments and follow-ups.
• Feed, walk, bathe, and observe hospitalized or boarding patients.
• Safely restrain pets for exams, imaging, and procedures.
• Collect samples and assist with surgery prep and imaging.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and reception areas.

🎯 Requirements

• One or more years of experience in a veterinary support role.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Positive, team-first attitude and passion for a welcoming environment.
• Familiarity with veterinary Practice Management Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient care in emergency situations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
