π― Requirements

- Strong understanding of US healthcare system, esp Medicare
- Experience with older adults or medically complex populations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Comfortable using EHRs, CRMs, and patient messaging tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
