📋 Description

• Research and resolve claim denials by payer trends
• Reduce aging by timely filing and AR management
• Review and appeal denied claims
• Provide clinical docs for escalated appeals
• Timely follow-up on all appeal submissions
• Identify payer trends; collaborate to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in insurance AR, preferably behavioral health
• Knowledge of payer billing requirements, Medicaid
• Highly organized; track workflows across tools
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• Familiar with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce, and EMR
