Pathology Support Coordinator - Sample Review - ASCP Required 2nd Shift T-S

📋 Description

• Review tissue samples for accuracy using LIMS for Signatera/Altera testing.
• Interpret pathology reports and notes to complete light data entry for each sample.
• Collaborate with team to resolve discrepancies and holds.
• Place notes and holds on cases for non-conforming samples and escalate as needed.
• Confirm cancer types for reporting before issuing the report via email/spreadsheet.
• Meet daily case metrics and participate in interdepartmental meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree (preferred)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• 2+ years of medical industry experience, pathology preferred
• Previous data entry experience required
• Typing speed at least 45 wpm with high accuracy
• Excellent oral and written communication
