- Prepare breads, pastries, and desserts for all meals.
- Plate desserts for lunch and dinner; mise en place, sauces, garnishes.
- Bake mid-morning and teatime items and welcome baked goods.

- Assist in crew meals and support galley operations as needed.
- Work with Head Chef on daily production, inventory, and pastry orders; sanitation.
π― Requirements
- Formal culinary or pastry training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' culinary/pastry experience on board passenger ships preferred.
- Strong time management; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Team player; ability to train and guide others.
- Ability to work in a remote at-sea environment.
- US passport or permanent resident with valid passport; STCW certs; First Aid/CPR; TWIC.
