  • Prepare breads, pastries, and desserts for all meals.
  • Plate desserts for lunch and dinner; mise en place, sauces, garnishes.
  • Bake mid-morning and teatime items and welcome baked goods.
  • Produce baked goods meeting dietary restrictions (GF, vegan, kosher).
  • Assist in crew meals and support galley operations as needed.
  • Work with Head Chef on daily production, inventory, and pastry orders; sanitation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Formal culinary or pastry training preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' culinary/pastry experience on board passenger ships preferred.
  • Strong time management; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Team player; ability to train and guide others.
  • Ability to work in a remote at-sea environment.
  • US passport or permanent resident with valid passport; STCW certs; First Aid/CPR; TWIC.
