You’re excited to join a small but mighty team that’s helping brands go global. As an Implementation Project Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for merchants and 3PL partners after the deal is signed, guiding them through a smooth and successful setup with Passport. You love connecting with people, managing projects, solving problems, and creating structure out of chaos.
You’ll work closely with brands, fulfillment centers, and internal teams to make sure each launch runs smoothly, is delivered on time, and sets the customer up for long-term success. You care deeply about building trust, improving processes, and making things easier for everyone involved.
