Parts Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee daily replacement parts ops across two warehouses.
• Pick and pack outbound parts orders; receive inbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory across both sites.
• Use Körber WMS with handheld scanner to locate parts and pick.
• Pack shipments with appropriate materials to protect items.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations or inventory control.
• WMS experience; Körber (Infios) strongly preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail in scanning, picking, and location management.
