🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
  • Proven ability to energize and motivate a sales organization.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share.
  • Phone-based sales experience and strong networking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior-level relationship skills.
  • Experience in B2B financial services with partnerships/affiliates.
