  • Drive revenue from ESP ecosystem and agency partners.
  • Source and progress new revenue opportunities into the Wunderkind pipeline.
  • Build joint plays with ESPs/agencies that convert into co-sell deals.
  • Track and report opportunity volume, pipeline value, and revenue.
  • Identify ESP reps and agencies aligned to our ideal customer profile.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Product.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales, BD, or agency development in martech/ESP/SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets tied to partners and agencies.
  • Deep familiarity with ESP ecosystems (bonus with Klaviyo or Shopify).
  • Strong commercial instincts: pipeline, coverage, conversion, deal strategy.
  • Comfortable working with sales teams and BDAs; build programs that reps use.
  • Excellent communicator and operator – enablement, partner management, reporting.
