🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product operations, partnerships, or fintech roles.
Experience managing complex integration projects with engineering, compliance, and ops.
Familiarity with bank compliance and regulatory requirements.
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
