- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and close new partnership agreements.

- 5-7 years of total experience in Sales or Partnerships in B2B SaaS.
- At least 3 years direct Partnerships experience building revenue channels.
- SaaS familiarity; HR Tech, Payroll, or Restaurant Tech a plus.
- Deep understanding of co-sell and referral models.
- Business acumen; ability to structure deals and articulate value.
- Cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, CS, and Legal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation; able to influence senior stakeholders.
