πŸ“‹ Description

  • Identify, prospect, negotiate, and close new partnership agreements.
  • Manage partner lifecycle including enablement, training, and GTM alignment.
  • Primary contact for a portfolio of strategic partners at exec and ops levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales to manage co-sell, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Work with Marketing and Product on joint value props and events.
  • Must report to the office 4-5x/week; based in or relocate to SF or Menlo Park with travel.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years of total experience in Sales or Partnerships in B2B SaaS.
  • At least 3 years direct Partnerships experience building revenue channels.
  • SaaS familiarity; HR Tech, Payroll, or Restaurant Tech a plus.
  • Deep understanding of co-sell and referral models.
  • Business acumen; ability to structure deals and articulate value.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, CS, and Legal.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation; able to influence senior stakeholders.
