🎯 Requirements

5+ years in hunting (business development/sales)
Experience in beauty/wellness or similar services preferred
Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder deals
Able to switch between strategy and hands-on execution
Advanced Excel (financial modelling, forecasting)
Salesforce/CRM experience for pipeline tracking
Familiar with AI tools for analysis/decision making
Deal structuring and unit economics analysis
