📋 Description

• Identify strategic partnerships across healthcare, biotech, pharma, life sciences, and research.
• Assess datasets, benchmarks, and workflows for impact on models and products.
• Structure partnerships covering data access, research collaborations, deployments, and integrations.
• Translate external opportunities into clear internal priorities and plans.
• Partner with Research, Applied, Product, Legal, Policy, Safety, and GTM to diligence and launch partnerships.
• Build senior relationships with health systems, life sciences companies, and academic institutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in partnerships, business development, strategy, product, investing, or operating roles in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong commercial and strategic judgment identifying high-leverage opportunities.
• Ability to reason across technical, scientific, operational, legal, and business dimensions.
• Comfort engaging with senior executives, researchers, and external stakeholders.
• Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication, especially with executives.
• Willingness to travel for strategic partner engagement.
