  • Manage inbound cases for partner relationships; escalate and coordinate resolution.
  • Conduct proactive check-ins and engagement with high-touch partners.
  • Own inbound demo requests; deliver product walkthroughs for partner prospects.
  • Conduct outbound Voice of Customer calls to gather feedback and insights.
  • Support partner sales motions; co-sell with partner reps.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, CX, and Biz Dev to coordinate launches and enablement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in customer success, client servicing, partnerships, or related.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities and partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Tableau, Redash, and AI tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
