  • Support day-to-day admin and ops for Partnerships & Events team.
  • Organize and maintain decks, sponsorship materials, recaps, and related assets.
  • Track timelines and ensure all partnership and event deliverables are on schedule.
  • Maintain and update the partner pipeline, CRM systems, and master calendars.
  • Support the development and customization of pitch decks and proposals.
  • Assist in compiling post-event recaps and reporting materials for partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in partnerships, events, or related field
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Strong project management; multitask across timelines
  • Collaborative and cross-functional; proactive
  • Proficient in Google Suite; Salesforce/Slack/Notion/Zoom a plus
  • Willing to work flexible hours for events
