• Up to 3 years in a fast-paced client-facing role
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Data-driven with ability to derive insights from data
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast iteration
• Excellent collaboration and communication
• Willing to commute to SF/LA/NY hubs
