Develop learning agendas and test plans for data-driven decisions.
Own analytics for partner performance and executive reviews.
Conduct analyses/tests to support launches and inform roadmaps.
Partner with engineering/BI to ensure proper tracking of new products/tests.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years analytics experience; BS/MS in Math, Stats, Econ, Eng, DS.
2+ years SQL experience.
2+ years A/B testing or statistical analysis.
2+ years data visualization with Looker or Tableau.
Fintech/financial services or mortgage analytics experience.
Python and/or R proficiency.
