- Maintain communications between contractors, PDMs, Loan Officers, Ops, and Support
- Monitor partner pipelines and identify stalled or incomplete applications
- Follow up to recover deals and move applications toward funding
- Track partner usage and adoption metrics to surface growth opportunities
- Pull reports and assist in outreach strategy
π― Requirements
- 2-4 years in sales support, partner success, account coordination, lending operations, or similar
- Experience supporting contractor, home improvement, solar, roofing, mortgage, or fintech partners preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
