🎯 Requirements
- 2–4+ years in technical support, QA, software engineering, or tech PM role.
- Strong debugging across APIs, integrations, and web apps.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails to automate tasks and build tools.
- SQL or ORM experience (ActiveRecord) to interact with data.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and external integrations.
- Ability to work with external technical stakeholders and triage issues.
