  • Identify and pitch new referral partners across SMB lenders, SBDCs, GPOs, franchisors

  • Develop enablement materials, training, and talk tracks for each partner type
  • Run onboarding for new referral partners to ensure they’re set up to refer effectively

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7 years in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or referral programs
  • Demonstrated ability to own revenue outcomes across a partner channel
  • Track record of hunting new partnerships while managing an active portfolio
  • Experience with mission-driven orgs β€” SBDCs, associations, lenders, or franchisors
  • Fluent in co-sell motions and partner enablement within embedded/referral models
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder across levels β€” from program managers to C-suite
