- Demonstrated ability to own revenue outcomes across a partner channel
- Track record of hunting new partnerships while managing an active portfolio
- Experience with mission-driven orgs β SBDCs, associations, lenders, or franchisors
- Fluent in co-sell motions and partner enablement within embedded/referral models
- Strong communicator and relationship builder across levels β from program managers to C-suite
