• Research high-potential partnership opportunities and support outreach to schedule meetings.
• Independently lead discovery and pitch meetings with prospective rental partners.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualify builder partnerships; coordinate with Sales.
• Prepare internal market data and maintain presentation materials for pitches.
• Coordinate launches with content, tech, and marketing on community pages.
• QA and test new partner pages to ensure accuracy and lead flow.
