Partnership Marketing, Senior Manager – APAC  MENA

📋 Description

• Oversee all Partnership Marketing programs in APAC & MENA focusing on SVOD earned media and working with high-profile brands such as Apple, Google, Amazon and many others
• Independently lead partnership marketing strategy and operations end-to-end, including legal and creative approvals
• Monitor and evaluate distribution partners marketing performance in the region and identify ways to improve and make it more efficient
• Build business cases, projections, and metrics for programs in the region and evaluate distribution partners proposals from a marketing perspective, measuring ROI, level of effort, strategic and financial impact, and prioritizing them
• Oversee the management of local partners requests and the operations of partnership marketing projects initiated by Crunchyroll, which includes reporting, creative briefing and requests, approvals management, title selection process, contract and invoice management, asset management, project management, and similar activities
• Develop frameworks to ensure processes are followed in the region and shared between regional and HQ teams within the context of Partnership Marketing, promoting knowledge, best practices, standardization, and learning sharing between teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in marketing, programs, and performance in global orgs
• Translating global vision into regional programs.
• Knowledge of APAC/MENA marketing, media, OTT, and telco landscapes.
• Leading complex, marketing-focused deals and partnerships.
• Managing external partners, agencies, vendors, and contractors.
• Proven success in matrixed, globally distributed teams across time zones.
