📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers and community orgs in Chicago.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 14 years in primary healthcare or community-services settings.
• Familiar with Chicago healthcare/social service ecosystem.
• Direct experience with low-income, uninsured, or underinsured populations.
• Strong understanding of clinical or systemic workflows.
• Comfortable building relationships across an org chart.
• Able to manage own pipeline with minimal daily oversight.
