📋 Description

  • Recruit new partners and promote the Agicap Partner Program.
  • Upskill partners and drive commercial development of Agicap’s offer.
  • Generate qualified leads by engaging partners and their clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with your partner portfolio via meetings and calls.
  • Prepare demos with the Account Executive to ensure success.
  • Set up sales challenges and report on partner network performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s degree with specialization in negotiation/sales/entrepreneurship.
  • 3+ years in field sales or network management with strong results.
  • Strong business sense and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious, analytical, ambitious and eager to exceed objectives.
  • Able to identify key stakeholders and share knowledge quickly.
  • Willing to live in Lyon and travel across France 2 days/week.
