Partnership Development Manager, Health Systems

📋 Description

• Own the full referral partnership development process from prospecting through referral readiness and initial activation.
• Build and execute thoughtful, research-driven outreach plans tailored to reach health system and market.
• Lead discovery conversations focused on understanding referral workflows, care gaps, decision criteria, and operational readiness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders through activation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and partner status updates.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnership development or business development, ideally within health or health tech.
• Strong relationship-building skills with ability to establish trust across various audiences.
• Comfortable engaging health system stakeholders through thoughtful outreach and discovery rather than high-volume sales motions.
• Strong analytical and market research skills.
• Understanding of the nuances of healthcare data, industry insights, and partner intelligence strongly preferred.
• Strong executive communication skills to communicate findings and insights clearly to senior leaders.
