🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in fintech/payments
  • Strong relationship network in SMB payments/fintech or channel development for a target vertical like field services
  • A proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals
  • Strong commercial acumen β€” comfortable structuring revenue-share, referral, and co-sell models
  • Proven track record of generating leads and revenue from partnerships
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and reporting
