  • Own the full DACH partner motion: recruit agencies and integrators.
  • Activate partners to generate Enterprise pipeline and co-sell.
  • Create Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and conduct QBRs.
  • Collaborate with DACH Sales leadership on deal registration.
  • Track partner KPIs and feed insights into Brevo's program.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Partner Account Management or Channel Sales.
  • Native German and fluent English.
  • Proven track record driving Enterprise & Mid-Market partner revenue.
  • Deep knowledge of the DACH partner ecosystem.
  • Experience with PRM software for partner tracking.
  • Based in Berlin; willing to travel up to 20%.
