  • Strong negotiator with experience in customer/partner support.
  • Process-oriented; follows standardized processes and guardrails.
  • Efficiently use Salesforce and Zendesk to reduce AHT.
  • Collaborative team player; partners with Strategy, VM, CX.
  • Results-oriented; targets include FRT and cross-sell conversion.
  • Advanced English and Spanish mandatory; other languages a plus.
