  • Manage and grow Conga's partner network (GSI/RSI, distributors, resellers, ISVs).
  • Drive revenue with partners and align growth with Field Sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales.
  • Lead partner account planning, joint pipeline reviews, and forecasting.
  • Support sales activities: enablement, webinars, roadshows, contracts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years of partner sales and enablement experience.
  • Experience with technology platforms and developing new solutions.
  • Proactive, self-directed, with strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communicator with experience presenting to executives.
  • Energetic, collaborative, able to work across sales, tech, and business teams.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
