  • Act as technical resource for AvePoint software; educate partners during trials.
  • Respond to partner queries within 24 hours and ensure satisfaction during setup.
  • Assist partners with setting up Elements platform and trial solutions.
  • Ensure Partner Internal Use Rights (IURs) are configured correctly.
  • Demonstrate MSP solutions to long-tail MSPs with PDMs.
  • Resolve partner tech support cases involving trial licenses or IURs; escalate critical issues.

  • Ability to hold team members accountable to our standards.
  • Willingness to share product and market knowledge with sales/technical teams.
  • Relevant experience as a technical professional, consultant, or ISV expert.
  • Understanding of the channel business model (distribution, MSP, SI).
  • Experience delivering or pre-selling Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions (Purview, SharePoint, Teams).
