  • Act as technical resource; guide partners during trial and deployment.
  • Respond to partner queries within 24 hours; ensure satisfaction during setup and delivery.
  • Assist partners with setup of Elements platform and trials.
  • Configure Partner Internal Use Rights (IURs).
  • Demo MSP solutions with PDMs for long tail MSPs.
  • Resolve partner tech support for trial licenses and IURs; escalate.

  • Ability to hold team members accountable to our standards.
  • Willingness to share information about our products and the market with the sales and technical teams.
  • Relevant experience as a technical professional, consultant, or ISV expert.
  • Understanding of the channel business model (distribution, MSP, and/or SI).
  • Experience in delivery and/or pre-sales of solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 security & compliance (Purview, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).
