- Proven ownership and disciplined execution in high-stakes settings
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and focus on critical work
- Client-oriented mindset with impact awareness for partners
- Strong cross-functional partnership and coordination skills
- Bias toward transparency, accountability, and responsiveness
