  • Build and maintain relationships with customers; primary contact.
  • Understand customers' objectives and leverage AirGarage solutions.
  • Manage handoff from Onboarding to Regional Ops for new facilities.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and engagement.
  • Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development.

  • Live in West region: WA, CA, OR, NV, HI, UT, TX, AZ, CO, NE, NM, ID, WY, MT, ND, SD, KS.
  • 3-5+ years in ops/consulting/cs/AM in SaaS/Real Estate/tech.
  • Proven track record managing SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise accounts.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cross-functional experience with sales, product, and engineering.
