  • Build and maintain relationships with customers as their primary contact.
  • Understand customers' objectives and apply AirGarage solutions.
  • Manage handoff from Onboarding to Regional Operations at go-live.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and engagement.
  • Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to customers.
  • Gather feedback to inform product development.

  • Live in West region (WA/CA/OR/NV/HI/UT/TX/AZ/CO)
  • 3-5+ years in operations, customer success or account mgmt (SaaS/Real estate)
  • Proven track record with SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise accounts
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering)
