- 3+ years in Partner Success or similar customer-facing role
- Experience with enterprise customers; healthcare or health tech preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Clear, confident communicator with clinicians and executive stakeholders
- Technical aptitude and comfort learning complex software workflows
- Familiarity with CRM, customer success, and project management tools
