  • Independently manage day-to-day partner relationships; primary contact for accounts
  • Run recurring partner status calls; set agenda and track actions
  • Triage partner requests; coordinate with internal teams

  • Own partner project plans with milestones, owners, timelines, risks
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Eng, Clinical Success, and Sales

  • 3+ years in Partner Success or similar customer-facing role
  • Experience with enterprise customers; healthcare or health tech preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Clear, confident communicator with clinicians and executive stakeholders
  • Technical aptitude and comfort learning complex software workflows
  • Familiarity with CRM, customer success, and project management tools
