- Associateβs Degree or equivalent work exp preferred
- Familiarity with IT security concepts and practices
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Prior Customer Success Manager experience preferred
