🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work exp preferred
  • Familiarity with IT security concepts and practices
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Prior Customer Success Manager experience preferred
