  • Effective storyteller and presenter; influence and align stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English; experience in international teams.
  • Balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution; short- and long-term wins.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally; engage outside standard hours.
