- Experience managing external stakeholders in PM/account/customer support.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication; able to facilitate meetings at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite, Atlassian).
