🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years in a technical consulting role such as technical account management
- Proficient in conversations with IT stakeholders and addressing interoperability concerns
- Proven success in a customer-facing, pre-sales role proposing software solutions
- Strong customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills
