📋 Description

  • Partner with partner account managers as technical lead through post-sales lifecycle.
  • Drive product adoption and retention via onboarding, enablement, and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years in technical consulting (e.g., TAM or tech business analysis).
  • Proficient in communicating with IT stakeholders about interoperability.
  • Proven success in customer-facing, pre-sales roles.
  • Strong customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention experience.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, and project management skills.
