  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years SaaS/payroll experience.
  • Post-sales account management or growth experience.
  • Experience managing partner portfolios with revenue targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation in CRM tools.
  • Hybrid work: 2 days/week in NYC or SF offices; travel up to 25%.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Workspace, Notion; CRM proficiency.
