🎯 Requirements
- Experience in operations, BD or ecosystem/product mgmt at a chain/DeFi.
- Full-cycle execution: deal structuring, negotiation to delivery.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum Layer2, DeFi, and Web3.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or related field.
- Sales/CRM experience is a plus.
