- Identify at-risk partners early and implement retention strategies.
- Represent Wellhub mission and values in partner interactions.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1+ year experience in partner-facing roles (Account Management / CS / Support)
- Fluent in French (native) and English
- Comfortable managing high-volume calls and video with partners
- Able to handle contract discussions and turn them constructive
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Familiar with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel (a plus)
