  • Build long-term relationships with French fitness partners to drive retention.
  • Manage onboarding and ongoing support via Zendesk; main partner contact.
  • Review and renegotiate commercial and non-commercial terms for profitability.
  • Coordinate with Customer Experience and Finance to resolve issues.
  • Identify at-risk partners early and implement retention strategies.
  • Represent Wellhub mission and values in partner interactions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in partner-facing roles (Account Management / CS / Support)
  • Fluent in French (native) and English
  • Comfortable managing high-volume calls and video with partners
  • Able to handle contract discussions and turn them constructive
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiar with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel (a plus)
