🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Solutions/Partner Engineering or similar.
  • 5+ years in the Contact Center space.
  • Experience with ISV/SI/BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Desire to be a platform expert and provide technical guidance.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Excellent communication; explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
