- Desire to be a platform expert and provide technical guidance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Excellent communication; explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
