- Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities to boost conversion and expansion.
- Enable partner-led POCs from architecture review to evaluation design and risk guidance.
- Build reusable partner assets: demos, playbooks, reference architectures, integration guides.
- Validate integration use cases and translate ecosystem requirements into R&D feedback.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, PMM, Product, R&D, and Partner Managers to standardize enablement.
🎯 Requirements
- Deep technical understanding of AI agents, customer support ops, APIs, integrations, workflows, and enterprise eval processes.
- Strong executive and practitioner-level communication.
- Ability to teach complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Field Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
- Comfort working with GSIs, services partners, ISVs, and tech partners.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
