- Evangelize Fin’s AI-first customer service to partner execs, sellers, architects, and consultants.
- Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities to improve conversion and ACV.
- Enable partner-led POCs with architecture reviews, evaluation design, and risk guidance.
- Build reusable partner assets: demos, playbooks, reference architectures, guides.
- Support tech partners by validating integrations and feeding R&D with ecosystem needs.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, PMM, Product, and R&D to standardize enablement.
🎯 Requirements
- Deep technical understanding of AI agents, APIs, integrations, workflows, and enterprise evaluation.
- Strong executive and practitioner-level communication.
- Ability to teach complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Field Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
- Comfort working with GSIs, services partners, ISVs, and tech partners.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
