- Experience enabling partners with enablement programs and reference architectures.
- Familiarity with AI/voice tech: conversational AI, NLP, LLMs, CC automation.
- Excellent communication; translate tech for non-technical stakeholders and execs.
- Self-directed, multi-tasking in fast-growth environments.
