Provide partner and customer insights to influence roadmap and GTM.
Travel up to 30-40% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre-sales in SaaS.
Experience with regional/global consulting firms or in a partner ecosystem/channel org.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technologies.
Borderline Must Have: experience designing or delivering AI solutions.
Nice to Have: ECM platforms or Salesforce, ServiceNow, Guidewire experience.
