📋 Description

• Primary contact for partners and reps in the territory.
• Provides sales ops support and order management functions.
• Delivers best-in-class customer service to KEEN partners.
• Processes orders accurately and follows up professionally.
• Responds to orders, changes, returns, and warranties.
• Builds strong relationships with Partners and Sales reps in the territory.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two years customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP and MS Office; EDI experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with proven follow-through.
