  • 5+ years in high-level B2B sales/BD with complex negotiations.
  • Dutch (native/fluent) and English; French a plus.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial; comfortable in undefined markets.
  • Able to simplify complex topics for C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills; solution-oriented and deal-focused.
  • Target-driven with energy to secure strategic partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel for pipeline management.
